Social Media is not a new thing but it has become a serious thing.

It is not about obtaining a twitter, facebook group, foursquare or digg account.

Social Media is about being able to understand the many different online and mobile platforms that technology has allowed and how the evolution of communication is impacting businesses, their brands and their services

It’s about being able to transition and tranform a business, brand or service into an “organic”, “evolving” and “transparent” entity.

It’s about becoming more human.

Many people just don’t get it. I do.
