Mobile is not just a state that offers individuals a level of “empowered” independence, it’s also a platform that merges new technologies with the way we interact and behave within our environments and outside of our “comfort spaces”.
Media doesn’t just stop at “content”, the processing and distribution of information on different platforms and mediums, it has now branched into an organic, multi-interactive resource base for the experiencing of information.
Old school communication has transformed itself into a viable entity where new variables are constantly being interchanged, created and redeveloped. New terminology has popped into mainstream vocabulary (location based services, augmented reality, mobile advertising, social media) and while there seems to be a plethora of blogs detailing and outlining these terms, there’s still a large learning curve to be met.
My experience in both a mobile and media sphere and the empathetic connection I’ve grown to acquire with the evolution of communication gives me the knowledge, skills and insight to help individuals, communities and businesses understand these murky waters.
Painting a clear picture of how different technologies can be utilized for different goals is my mission.
Mobile Media is only just another communication tool, whose layers of use can be expansive and extremely empowering if understood and used appropriately.
